Vinh Nguyen is the Principal Lawyer of Legal Care Australia. Admitted to practise in Western Australia on 3 February 2011 and entered on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia on 20 May 2011, he advises and represents individuals, families and businesses in complex family, migration, employment, property, building, partnership, commercial and contractual matters, in English and Vietnamese. He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, a recipient of a University of Western Australia Excellence Award, an elected City of Wanneroo Councillor and a Board member of Kingsway Christian College.
Chelsea Nguyen — Director and Co-Founder
Chelsea Nguyen is a Director and Co-Founder of Legal Care Australia, which she co-founded in 2013. Admitted to practise in Western Australia on 6 June 2013 and entered on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia on 1 February 2019, she practises in property law and conveyancing, migration law, wills, estate planning and deceased-estate matters. Before establishing the firm she worked within Australia's federal workplace-relations system and served as an associate to a judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
