Background and experience

Chelsea brings valuable court, federal workplace-relations and private-practice experience to her role. Before establishing Legal Care Australia, she worked within Australia's federal workplace-relations system and served as an associate to a judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, where she gained insight into judicial decision-making, court procedure and matters involving complex migration appeals, employment disputes and other areas of federal and Commonwealth law. As a Director, Chelsea contributes to the firm's professional leadership, legal-service oversight and commitment to careful, responsive client care.
