He was admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 3 February 2011 and joined the High Court of Australia register on 20 May 2011. A member of the Law Society of Western Australia, a University of Western Australia Excellence Award recipient and a Councillor for the City of Wanneroo since 2019, Vinh was born in Vietnam and is a fluent Vietnamese speaker. He assists individuals, families and businesses across property, business, wills and estates, family, immigration and dispute matters, and reviews the firm's client guides.
